Google Turns 15 Years Old

Today on 27th September 2013 Search Engine Giant Google is celebrating its 15th birthday. Google was founded in 1998 by two friends Larry Page and Sergey Brin and at that time it was just a simple Search engine. during these 15 years Google turned from a small search engine to big giant company that is earning billions of dollars every year.

With time Google continued to grow by Introducing more and more products. Today Google has dozens of successful products having billions of users like

Adsense
Adwords
Maps
Android
Chrome
Google Plus
Google Drive

during these 15 years Google also acquired many big companies by paying billions of dollars such as Motorola Mobility, Quickoffice and Waze.

Google's profit in 2012 was US$ 10.74 billion and assets US$ 93.80 billion which continue to grow in 2013.

If we say that Google has brought revolution in the world of technology and Internet then it would not be wrong. millions of bloggers like me around the world are earning their livings due to Google's advertising program Google Adsense.

Other companies like Microsoft, Yahoo and Facebook are trying hard to compete with Google in different departments but so far Google seems far ahead.
