Monday 4th February not brought a good news for many Pakistani Webmasters as more than 20000 Pakistani websites including many top sites like Jang Newspaper where hacked by a group of Pakistani hackers who are calling themselves Pakbugs.
Hackers targeted all the Pk domains which are also known as PKNIC. Hackers made changes to the DNS records of all 23000 websites due to which these sites became unavailable.
some of the popular sites which are hacked are following:
Propakistani.pk
Siasat.pk
e.jang.com.pk
thenews.com.pk
dawn
Express Tribune
tourism.gov.pk
defence.pk

Update: all the Websites are restored and working again normally. PKNIC should improve their security so that PK sites don't get hacked again in future because they represent Pakistan in the world of Internet.
